Senior People Partner Job Opportunity

We're partnering with a leading member-focused organisation to appoint an exceptional Senior People Partner. This is a rare opportunity to step into a senior, strategic HR leadership role delivering real impact, with strong scope for extension or conversion to permanent.

This role is available due to secondments internally as a result of acquisition and scaling. It's an exciting time to be joining a market leader in Superannuation.

The Role As a trusted partner to the Group Executive and Senior Leadership Team, you'll lead the delivery of people strategy into a key division, shaping and executing people plans that directly support business objectives.

  • Lead organisational design and change initiatives aligned to business strategy.
  • Drive strategic workforce planning to anticipate and address future skill needs.
  • Partner with People Practices to design and deliver initiatives that strengthen culture, capability, and the Employee Value Proposition.
  • Oversee complex ER/IR matters, investigations, and dispute resolution.

About You Significant experience as a senior HR business partner or people leader in a complex, matrix environment. Proven expertise in organisational design, workforce planning, talent management, and culture change.

The Offer A competitive package for up to $240 K (pro rata per contract length). Melbourne CBD location - 2 days in office, 3 from home. 5-9 month contract with strong extension or permanency potential. A purpose-led organisation with a collaborative, high-performing culture.
