Strategic HR Leader

We're seeking an exceptional individual to join our team in shaping the future of logistics. As a Strategic HR Leader, you will play a pivotal role in driving organisational change, talent management, and performance improvement.

  • Talent Development: Drive succession planning and career development initiatives, guiding managers on employee development programs, coaching, and mentoring to build a strong, high-performing workforce.
  • Reporting & Metrics: Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights to inform business decisions, ensuring seamless HR service delivery.
  • Advisory & Support: Collaborate with key internal stakeholders to ensure timely support and guidance on HR matters.
  • Performance Management: Support managers in performance management processes, including setting and reviewing performance objectives, and implementing performance improvement plans.
Requirements:
  • Education: Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Proven business partnering experience in senior HR roles, focusing on performance management, talent management, and driving organisational change.
  • Knowledge: Deep knowledge of HR principles, relevant legislation, and contemporary HR practices.
