  • Key responsibilities include developing and implementing new concepts to solve business challenges, providing insights and trends through data analytics, and leading large-scale projects independently.">

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in HR management, preferably in HR Business Partnering or OD/HR Business Consultant roles.">
  • Proven track record in change and transformation, with the ability to tackle complex business problems and manage multiple projects simultaneously.">
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes, consulting skills, and proficiency in MS Office.">
  • A strong consultative approach and excellent communication skills.">
