
Strategic Transformation Leader

We are seeking a seasoned leader to drive transformative initiatives and develop innovative change management strategies that enhance our people and culture.
This senior leadership role requires a dynamic leader with a passion for driving people-centric change, who can inspire and guide teams through complex transformations and ensure alignment and engagement across the organisation.
The successful candidate will have a strong HR background, with a minimum of 5 years experience in senior human resources or organisational development roles, preferably within large matrix organisations, ideally in retail, FMCG, or similar industries.
Key responsibilities include championing change, stakeholder engagement, building capability, data-driven insights, governance excellence, thought leadership, financial stewardship, resource optimisation, compliance and governance, and culture building.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years experience in senior human resources or organisational development roles
- Strong HR background and significant experience in people change management within large matrix organisations, ideally in retail, FMCG, or similar industries
- Proven ability to translate technical concepts into business terms and influence stakeholders
