Senior HR Leader - Australia and New Zealand

The role of a senior HR leader in Australia and New Zealand is to lead the HR function across both countries, driving organisational effectiveness and navigating complex stakeholder relationships.

This position offers the chance to make a significant impact on business outcomes and requires a strategic thinker who can drive change and improve organisational performance.

  • Lead and manage the delivery of comprehensive HR services, encompassing employee relations, learning and development, and HR process support
  • Serve as a strategic HR business partner to regional leadership, driving organisational effectiveness and transformational change
  • Support strategy execution and country-specific initiatives
  • Provide strategic guidance for upcoming Enterprise Bargaining Agreement (EBA) negotiations
  • Manage a team of four direct reports while fostering collaboration across the organisation
  • Navigate and balance local business needs with global processes and structures
  • Align diverse stakeholder perspectives to develop unified strategic approaches
  • Build strong relationships across matrix organisational structures

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in strategic HR business partnership roles, strong experience in employee relations and HR process management, and demonstrated ability to drive change and improve organisational effectiveness.
