We are seeking an experienced and skilled ECC Clinical Director to join our team at Animal Referral Hospital. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our hospital and driving our growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a multidisciplinary team of veterinarians and support staff to deliver high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service.
- Develop and implement best practice processes to drive efficiency and excellence in our ECC department.
- Collaborate with our business manager and other department heads to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to meet the needs of our hospital.
- Ensure the department meets financial targets and contributes to the overall success of the hospital.
- Hold a veterinary degree and be available for registration in New South Wales.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience working in a 24/7 Emergency and Speciality Care hospital.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team, with a strong focus on patient care and customer service.
- Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
