About the Role

Curtin University is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Program Coordinator to join our dynamic team at Perth Children's Hospital. As a key member of the Early Moves project, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and administering the project, including financial and grant management, project resourcing, and the coordination of assessment clinics.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate program delivery and operations, ensuring seamless execution of project activities.
  • Develop and maintain program resources, including documentation and communication materials.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure program outcomes meet their requirements, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Monitor and evaluate program performance, providing regular reports to the line manager and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Manage program budget, providing financial guidance and advice to the line manager.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to staff, promoting talent management, career planning, performance reviews, and development.
  • Prepare project reports and related documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Requirements
  • Completion of a relevant degree with subsequent relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of work experience and/or education/training.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and implement program activities.
  • High-level interpersonal and oral communication skills, with the ability to consult and liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High-level written communication skills, with the ability to construct clear and concise reports and documentation.
  • Proven ability to work well in a team, respecting differences, leading, and supporting others.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with project coordination or management in a health or research environment.
  • Advanced computer skills, including experience in database and data management.
