The Organisational Development Program Coordinator plays a pivotal role in the comprehensive scheduling, coordination, and delivery of Fortescue's leadership academy programs. This position is responsible for ensuring a seamless participant experience and the success of the leadership academy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and schedule leadership development programs, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and availability
  • Coordinate logistics, including bookings, facilitator coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Track program costs and budgets; monitor attendance and feedback for continuous improvement
  • Develop and analyse dashboards to track participation and assess program impact
  • Support the development and maintenance of virtual campus technology (LXP)
  • Design and implement communication strategies and materials to promote programs
  • Manage SharePoint and Viva Engage for program resources; address participant and stakeholder inquiries

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a Human Resources or Organisational Development related field
  • Proven experience in coordinating organisation-wide development programs, with complex stakeholder engagement, multi-site logistics, and travel considerations
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Certificate IV Training and Assessment (highly desirable)
