As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a critical role in developing and promoting our school vision, and encouraging staff, volunteers, and community members to share ownership of our goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the Principal and administrative team to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving educational outcomes for all students.
  • Monitor academic progress, support students at educational risk, and cultivate aspirations and interests to develop and implement strategies aimed at improving educational outcomes.
  • Manage a small team of student services staff to achieve positive outcomes for students in attendance, engagement, and social emotional health.
  • Provide effective leadership in a diverse range of educational settings, demonstrating high-level interpersonal and public relations skills to establish and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Apply professional knowledge to ensure a high level of educational outcomes for all students, including Aboriginal students, students from diverse ethnic backgrounds, and students with special needs.
  • Manage physical and financial resources to achieve planned outcomes.
Requirements
  • Australian or New Zealand citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa with relevant work rights.
  • Registration with the Teachers Registration Board of Western Australia.
  • A valid Working With Children Check.
  • Consent to a National Criminal History Check.
