Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a critical role in ensuring a positive and efficient experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Provide exceptional customer service, manage patient flow, and maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Practice Management: Assist with the day-to-day operations of the clinic, including data entry, bookkeeping, and inventory management.
- Team Support: Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the patient experience and clinic efficiency.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
