About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Academic Administrative Coordinator. This is a unique opportunity to support the Secondary Principal and Deputies in a dynamic Christian environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the Secondary Principal and Deputies, including overseeing the running of the secondary reception and coordinating secondary campus events.
  • Support the College's compliance and curriculum and academic standards, including experience in the Education sector and Government compliance requirements.
  • Liaise and support senior staff, providing academic and general administration support, and proactively managing the day-to-day office priorities and commitments.
  • Experience in a school environment with TASS and PassTab platforms, familiarity with School Curriculum and Standard Authority procedures, including VET, Endorsed programs and SIRS, and Microsoft programs including Teams, SharePoint, and the LMS program Schoolbox (Rehoboth Connect) will be highly regarded.
Requirements
  • Active involvement in a local Protestant Christian church and ability to demonstrate an exemplary Christian lifestyle.
  • Willingness to obtain a Working with Children Check and a Department of Education Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check.
  • Exceptional organisational, administrative, and interpersonal skills, with an outstanding ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and members of the community.
