Job Opportunity: Customer Service Technical Specialist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to fill an entry-level position in our business. This role offers a fast-paced environment where you will have the opportunity to deliver exceptional customer service while working with hydraulics and industrial products.

  • Responsibilities include providing customer service via phone and counter, supporting a diverse customer base with product support, and attending to sales enquiries/provide technical support.
  • You will also liaise with workshop staff and assist with pick packing duties when required.
Key Requirements:
  • Mechanical aptitude with hydraulics and industrial product knowledge is advantageous.
  • You must be able to take the lead in delivering sales growth.
  • A strong understanding of technical skills and problem-solving is essential.
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
  • Intermediate level computer literacy is required.
