Technical Support Specialist Role

As a technical support specialist, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers. You will be the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems for our stores and retail customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements, enhancing overall customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records of technical cases and spare parts inventory, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Provide training and technical guidance to store teams and repair agents, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Assist in creating technical product guides, manuals, and identifying potential product risks, contributing to the growth and success of our business.

Requirements:

  • Experience in technical customer service, repair technician, or electro-mechanical repair roles, demonstrating expertise and passion for problem-solving.
  • Strong commercial acumen, combined with excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, enabling effective collaboration and decision-making.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a proactive and positive attitude, prioritizing competing tasks and achieving outstanding results.
  • Excellent attention to detail, simplifying complex issues into practical solutions, and driving continuous improvement throughout the organization.
  • Engineering degree or trade qualifications highly regarded, but not essential, as we focus on skills, experience, and passion.
