You will support customers in both research and GMP manufacturing environments across Australia and New Zealand.
Main Responsibilities:
- Install, qualify, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair Cytiva's lab-scale and bioprocessing equipment ensuring compliance with GMP standards.
- Support digital and automation solutions including UNICORN, Figurate, Chronicle, OptiRun Connect, Historian and networking.
- Maintain accurate service documentation including customer service logs, internal records, calibration records, and trunk stock.
- Participate in revenue-generating activities such as contract renewals, sales lead generation, and implementation of service programs.
- A minimum 4 years of field service experience or early-career biomedical engineer, automation engineer, mechatronics engineer, electrical engineer/technician, or computer science graduate eager to grow in the life sciences industry.
- Strong hands-on technical skills with proven experience in troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Proficient with computer systems and networking capable of setting up and troubleshooting software and hardware in customer environments.
- Keen attention to detail and strong interest in working within GMP-regulated environments supporting critical therapeutic drug production.
- Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Previous experience in working in GMP environments or supporting customers in regulated industries.
- Hands-on experience with Cytiva equipment or similar bioprocessing technologies.
