Toro Australia is seeking a dedicated Technical Services Specialist - Parts to join our Customer Service team in Melbourne. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Primary Technical Contact: Provide technical parts advice and support to the Customer Service team, dealer network, and direct customers.
- Customer Order Management: Process and manage customer orders, follow up on back orders, and provide updates to customers.
- Technical Assistance: Assist customer service with parts interpretation, technical information, and product specifications.
- Communication with OEMs: Establish and develop communication with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) as needed.
- Productivity Improvement: Implement procedures to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Rework Coordination: Help to coordinate rework programs with Warranty and Product Manager - Equipment.

**Qualifications**:

- Experience in a technical role in a commercial environment.
- Lawn and garden or OEM equipment experience preferable.
- Strong customer focus with the ability to work across internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Excellent PC and Microsoft Office literacy.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills.
- Knowledge of safe working practices.
- Familiarity with SAP RP/3 and Infor CRM (desirable).
- Enjoys being part of a team and contributes to a positive work environment.

- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
- Willingness to attend training locally as necessary.
