As a Strategic Business Development Director at Starcom, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in media agency or similar roles, with extensive digital media experience in a media agency environment. They will be able to work collaboratively as a client lead to deliver solutions in line with omni-channel strategy and have a proven ability to exceed client and campaign objectives.

You will be working closely with clients to understand their business needs and develop strategic partnerships to drive business growth. You will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-performing campaigns and ensuring seamless execution of our client business plans.

We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience.
