Business Development Manager Role Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the Brisbane market. As a key member of our direct sales team, you will be responsible for meeting directly with SMB decision-makers to present our world-class solutions.
This is an excellent opportunity for a true hunter with a proven track record of new customer acquisition and closing deals. Our BDMs work directly with a team of elite Media Development Executives who prospect and qualify most meetings, allowing you to focus on closing the deal.
Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet or exceed monthly targets
- Built strong relationships with SMB decision-makers to promote our services
- Present our solutions to potential clients, highlighting the value proposition and competitive advantage
- Closure of deals through effective negotiation and communication skills
- Minimum 5 years of direct sales experience (business-to-business)
- Natural rapport builder with excellent presentation, negotiation & closing abilities
- Proven track record of exceeding targets & being a top performer in new acquisition sales (SMB)
- Self-starter, highly motivated and target-driven
- Dedicated team player with drive and initiative
- Full driving license and comfortable with driving for large portions of the day
- Work in a sales-focused environment surrounded by like-minded, elite performing professionals
