Due to an Internal promotion, this Australian owned growing company located near Geebung is seeking a sales professional who can use their experience in windows and doors.

The role will see you sell and promote door and window hardware products and services to new and existing clients in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Rockhampton locations.

The right person will be results driven and sales oriented, you will be a strong team player and have the ability to grow and build strong relationships, whilst delivering strong customer service.

Reporting to the Queensland Regional Manager, the position includes and is not limited to:

- Successful management and development of the allocated territory
- Meeting and exceeding sales objectives
- Building and maintaining relationships
- Accurate and timely reporting
- Negotiating discounts and preparing quotes
- Act as a mentor and coach new staff and sales reps
- Involvement in corporate events and activities
- A proven track record within sales
- Min of 5 years experience in a similar role
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of the hardware industry
- Strong attention to detail
- A current drivers license
- Enthusiastic, friendly, tenacious and self driven
- Availability for travel locally and interstate
