Job Overview

This is a challenging role that involves designing, implementing, and supporting collaboration solutions in enterprise environments.

You will work closely with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement end-to-end collaboration solutions
  • Provide technical support and escalation for managed services aligned to SLAs
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing service improvement
Requirements:
  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory) and eligibility for Government security clearance (NV1 highly desirable)
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, including deployment, configuration, and support in enterprise environments
  • Proven expertise with VOSS for provisioning and managing unified communications platforms
  • Strong understanding of unified communications technologies and platforms
  • Experience with Cisco UC Manager, CUBE/SBC, Polycom RealPresence, and Cisco Telepresence
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
