Modern Work Transformation LeaderThis is a leadership role that combines technical expertise with a deep understanding of organizational transformation, focusing on Microsoft technologies and collaboration solutions.
As the leader of our Modern Work practice, you will inspire and guide teams to deliver innovative, future-proof solutions that enhance collaboration, productivity, and digital transformation for our clients.
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, engineers, and modern work specialists, ensuring successful design, implementation, and adoption of modern workplace solutions.
- Oversee the delivery of projects related to Microsoft 365, collaboration tools, and digital transformation initiatives that improve workplace productivity and collaboration.
- Work closely with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Modern Work practice, aligning with business goals and emerging trends.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for Modern Work solutions, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and the effective use of tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their organizational performance and employee experience.
- Lead technical pre-sales activities including solution architecture, client presentations, workshops, and proposal development for Modern Work solutions.
- Maintain and build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive repeat business and ensure ongoing success.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with clients' strategic goals, all while ensuring high-quality and cost-effective outcomes.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions that enhance their organizational performance and employee experience.
- Drive the adoption of best practices for Modern Work solutions, promoting continuous improvement, innovation, and the effective use of tools like Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Microsoft Viva.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 6-10 years of experience in modern workplace transformation, IT consulting, or technology solutions, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in a pre-sales or solutions architecture role, with a focus on Microsoft 365 and collaboration technologies.
- Deep technical expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform), Azure, and modern collaboration solutions.
- Experience in leading the implementation of digital workplace solutions that drive organizational change and improve productivity.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and present technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A strategic thinker with the ability to drive innovation and think outside the box to meet client needs.
- Willingness to travel as needed for client engagements.
- Certifications in relevant Microsoft technologies or methodologies.
- Experience in leading workshops and delivering engaging presentations.
