Senior Customer Solutions Specialist

About this Opportunity
As a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting premium customer accounts on a proactive basis. You will work closely with the 24x7 support team to ensure seamless customer support across geographical regions.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technical support, solutions engineering, customer success, or a similar field.
- Expert understanding of network and application protocols, with certifications from leading vendors preferred.
- Experience working with cloud/SaaS software products and strong knowledge of ISP, CDN, and cloud service provider networks.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote or virtual team environment.
About Your Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Solutions Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Support: Working break-fix issues with customers and escalating to the support team as required.
- Optimization: Optimizing customer systems to ensure peak performance.
- Proactive Customer Engagement: Establishing and maintaining highly collaborative relationships with support teams and customers/partners.
- Cross Functional Engagement: Collaborating with sales and engineering teams to address product issues and identify workarounds/solutions.
