Job Description:

As a skilled Unified Communications and Collaboration Solutions Expert, you will play a pivotal role in designing and delivering cutting-edge solutions that meet client needs and drive business success.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Partnering with Customer Account Teams and Sales Specialists to develop tailored UC and EX solutions
  • Leading technical discovery sessions and translating business needs into solution architecture
  • Presenting and articulating solution designs to clients with clarity and confidence
  • Engaging senior stakeholders and C-level executives in presales discussions
  • Collaborating with Enterprise and Consulting Architects to build multi-technology solutions
Required Skills and Qualifications:

We are seeking an individual with strong ownership mindset, proven experience in technical presales and solution architecture, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to engage and influence.

  • Deep understanding of Cisco UC technologies, including Webex, UCCX, and Dedicated Instance
  • Expertise in Microsoft collaboration tools, including Teams Voice and Video
  • Experience designing video conferencing solutions using Cisco, Poly, and Logitech
  • Familiarity with Digital Workspace and As-a-Service offerings
  • Ability to integrate Cisco and Microsoft platforms seamlessly
  • Strong vendor relationship management and collaboration skills
