Senior Collaboration Specialist

As a specialist in collaboration solutions, you will play a key role in designing and implementing end-to-end UC platforms.

This hands-on position requires extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, VOSS for provisioning and managing unified communications platforms, as well as a strong understanding of unified communications technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver seamless collaboration experiences through discovery, planning, design, implementation, and transition to production
  • Provide technical support and escalation for managed services aligned to service level agreements
  • Collaborate with internal teams and customer stakeholders to ensure successful delivery and ongoing service improvement
  • Maintain and update technical documentation, disaster recovery plans, and change management records
  • Drive automation and efficiency through DevOps practices and scripting
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Australian Citizenship (mandatory) and eligibility for Government security clearance (highly desirable)
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams, including deployment, configuration, and support in enterprise environments
  • Proven expertise with VOSS for provisioning and managing unified communications platforms
  • Strong understanding of unified communications technologies
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management environments
  • DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
