Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable specialist to join our team within the Collaboration Services group. This role will span two key domains — Unified Communications (UC) and Networks — supporting the delivery of cutting-edge collaboration solutions to Federal Government and Enterprise customers.

You'll play a hands-on role in designing, implementing, and supporting UC and VC platforms, with a strong focus on Microsoft Teams and network technologies such as Cisco and Fortinet.

This role requires close collaboration with customer stakeholders, delivery teams, and technical specialists to ensure seamless service delivery, while also mentoring junior analysts and driving automation through DevOps practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Extensive experience with Microsoft Teams, including deployment, configuration, and support in enterprise environments
  • Proven expertise with VOSS for provisioning and managing unified communications platforms
  • Strong understanding of unified communications technologies and platforms
  • Experience with Cisco UC Manager, CUBE/SBC, Polycom RealPresence, and Cisco Telepresence
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and documentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and perform under pressure
  • Familiarity with ITIL practices and service management environments
  • DevOps mindset with a focus on automation and continuous improvement
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
