Projects are typically multidisciplinary and allow you to build your experience in a supportive environment.

The successful person will need exposure to Business Analysis, Improvement processes, Remuneration and Benefits Analysis, Full HR lifecycle management, policy and process development, Industrial and Employee Relations, Data and analytics development.

As part of your role, you will be working together with other specialists to deliver projects across our portfolio at a level consistent with your skill set and experience.

You will need to be naturally curious, have highly developed abstract thinking abilities, and be creative and solution-focused.

Prior exposure to mining, construction or engineering environments is essential as well as a solid foundation in Generalist Human Resources.
