Job Details

We are seeking a Human Resources Strategist to lead our team in promoting sustainable development and finding solutions to global challenges.

About the Role
  • Leverage your expertise in HR, Training, Recruitment, and Social Inclusion to develop and implement strategies that drive business success.
  • Provide expert guidance on employee relations, investigations, and exits, while interpreting and applying employment legislation.
  • Support workforce planning and development by identifying talent gaps and advising on capability needs.
  • Promote a positive workplace culture, embedding diversity and inclusion initiatives, and driving employee branding strategies.
  • Contribute to organisational design and change initiatives, assessing the impact of role and structural changes.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute comprehensive HR plans to support business objectives.
  2. Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address talent gaps, ensuring seamless delivery of projects.
  3. Collaborate with payroll to provide accurate advice on employment matters, including superannuation and leave entitlements.
  4. Analyse workforce data to inform strategic decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
  5. Promote a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and professional development.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in HR leadership, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • A passion for sustainability and social responsibility, with a commitment to promoting inclusive practices.
