Senior Human Resources Strategist

About the Opportunity:

We seek an experienced human resources strategist to join our leadership team. As a key member, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing best practice human resources strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies, including talent management, performance development, diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to leaders on workforce planning, employee lifecycle, remuneration, and reporting.
  • Analyse workforce trends and metrics, providing relevant advice and business strategies to senior leaders.
  • Coach, advise, and support leaders to effectively manage talent development and performance needs, ensuring a culture reflective of our values.
  • Manage investigations and employee complaints, ensuring thorough investigation and procedural fairness.
  • Assist the executive general manager to identify, establish, improve, and maintain best practice processes for organisational success.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in organisational development and human resources leadership positions.
  • Extensive experience across talent management, culture/engagement, employee relations, diversity & inclusion, organisation design, remuneration, and succession planning.
  • Highly capable of complex analysis, leveraging HR metrics from multiple platforms, drawing insights from data, and presenting it in a simple way.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing human resources teams and integrating effective solutions within large and complex organisations.
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Demonstrated experience building awareness on key organisational issues, presenting a relevant solution, guiding senior leaders, and stakeholders through collaborative decision-making processes.
  • Experience working with change management principles, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong influencing skills, ability to convince others to follow a vision, and build long-term relationships with others.
