Job Title: Human Resource Strategist

Attract a skilled and enthusiastic HR Manager who can enhance and maintain our Employee Benefits Packages/Programs, including compensation planning, evaluations, health insurance, expenses, vacation/holidays, and other personnel packages. We are seeking an individual with a degree qualified in an HR discipline or equivalent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining and enhancing employee benefits packages/programs
  • Inductions and trainings for staff members
  • Overseeing and refining employee standards and procedures
  • Resolving conflicts between employees
  • Encouraging diversity and inclusion
  • Representing the needs of workers
  • Recruitment and retention strategies
  • Managing employee benefits
  • Creating incentives for employees to grow professionally
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations through monitoring and implementation

Essential Requirements:

  • Australian working rights
  • NDIS Workers Screening
  • Current valid driver's license
  • Comprehensive motor vehicle insurance and registration
  • First aid/CPR certificate less than 12 months

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Degree qualified in an HR discipline (e.g., Human Resources or Organisational Psychology)
  • Experience in human resources or recruitment
  • Excellent communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset
  • Adept at problem-solving and resolving conflicts
  • Knowledge of HR policies and systems
  • Familiarity with HR software and Microsoft Office

Work Environment:

  • Standard day shift Monday to Friday

Education:

  • Certificate I - IV

Experience:

  • 1 year of experience in human resources or recruitment
