Senior Manager, Human Resources

As a Senior Manager, Human Resources, you will play a critical role in shaping the organization's HR strategy and driving business outcomes.

  • Develop and implement strategic labour and industrial relations initiatives to ensure compliance with evolving employment legislation and regulations.
  • Manage enterprise bargaining agreements (EBAs), including negotiation strategy, stakeholder engagement, and dispute resolution.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with trade unions, regulators, and internal stakeholders to foster cooperative industrial relations.
  • Provide expert interpretation of modern awards, employment contracts, and HR policies to ensure legal compliance and risk mitigation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Labour and Industrial Relations, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in Australian labour relations, including enterprise bargaining and dispute resolution.

A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field is required, along with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to influence and build trust across all levels.

The successful candidate will be required to travel extensively across Australia, occasionally on short notice.
