
Trauma Informed Service Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen to work within a trauma-informed service, prioritizing the safety and well-being of clients.
- Referrals will be managed in a timely and effective manner to support victims.
- Specialist early intervention services will be provided to child, adolescent, and adult victims of sexual assault and their non-offending family members.
- Strong relationships will be developed with key stakeholders, including community organizations, government agencies, and healthcare providers.
- Culture-sensitive policies, procedures, and programs will be developed and implemented to promote diversity and inclusion.
Requirements:
- A tertiary qualification in Social Work, Psychology, or Counselling is required.
- Eligibility for professional registration or association membership is mandatory.
- Demonstrated experience in complex trauma and trauma-informed practice, preferably within a Violence, Abuse & Neglect (VAN) setting, is essential.
- Assessment and case management skills are required for children, young people, and adults.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills are necessary to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
