Family and Domestic Violence Support Specialist
We are seeking a compassionate and experienced professional to provide trauma-informed support services to individuals and families experiencing family and domestic violence.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments, co-develop safety plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions to promote recovery, resilience, and long-term wellbeing.
- Implement individual and group-based programs designed to address the impacts of coercive control and family violence.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external services to advocate for clients' needs and support their recovery journey.

About You:
- Tertiary qualifications in Social Work or Counselling (essential).
- Established experience in trauma-informed support, specifically in the area of domestic and family violence.
- A strong understanding of the dynamics and impacts of coercive control and family violence.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- A culturally responsive and inclusive approach to service delivery.
