Mental Health Practitioner Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate mental health professional to join our team in the Supporting Recovery program.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals who have experienced trauma, providing high-quality mental health care services that are welcoming, accessible, compassionate, person-centred, trauma informed culturally safe and inclusive of all who present.

You will work collaboratively with other services to facilitate coordination of care and assist with referral pathways. Community engagement activities will also be an important aspect of this role, increasing community awareness and promoting social inclusion.
