Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Manager to join our team at Emu Gully Adventure Education Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our Executive and ensuring the smooth operation of our administration functions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the Executive, including actioning decisions, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of our office, including staff supervision, facilities management, and maintenance of administrative systems.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication flow across the organization, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards, develop and maintain policies and procedures, and manage staff compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • HR: Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and training of new staff members.
Requirements
  • Proven Track Record: Proven experience in administrative leadership roles, particularly in supporting senior executives.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools and software.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with executives, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to anticipate issues, troubleshoot problems, and find effective solutions.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain positive relationships within and outside the organization.
