**Your new company**

Our client is a leading provider of integrated infrastructure services across Australia and New Zealand. Their purpose is to create and sustain the modern environment by building trusted relationships with their customers. They promise to work closely with their customers to help them succeed, using world leading insights and solutions. Our client is now seeking an experienced Administrator to join their small, close nit team in their Sale office.

**You will be responsible for the following**
- Read and review invoices ensuring all data aligns
- Review employee timesheets ensuring hours and rates are correct
- Query and investigate any discrepancies that may arise
- Manage and build relationships with clients
- Liaise with the accounts team as required
- Other ADHOC duties as required

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Proven Administration and Data Entry experience
- Excellent Microsoft Suite knowledge including Excel and Sharepoint
- Motivated with excellent organisation skills, positive attitude and excellent communication skills
- Ability to read and review invoices ensuring all data aligns
- Experience with Payroll functions is advantageous
- Experience with JDE Accounting Software is advantageous
