About the Role

Service Stream is seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven Contract Administrator to join our Finance team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will provide accounting, reporting, analysis, and administrative support across the SA Water Field Operations contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable Transactions.
  • Raise and issue purchase orders in accordance with delegated authority.
  • Assist in the processing of financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information.
  • Ensure all subcontractor requirements are maintained (insurances etc), invoices are received, and payments are made in accordance with the subcontract or supplier agreements.
  • Accurate data entry of invoice costs to Work Orders entered into finance systems.
  • Liaise with Managers/suppliers to resolve invoice and costing discrepancies.
  • Data validation for accuracy.
  • Vendor application administration and onboarding support.
  • Assisting payroll related issues, data analysis, and insights reporting.
  • Working closely with Payroll administrator providing adhoc support as requested.

  • Administrative experience with an understanding of the Accounts Payable process.
  • Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is desirable.
  • Strong written and verbal communications skills.
  • High level of competence with Microsoft Office applications and financial management systems.
  • High levels of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience in working in a collaborative environment.
