About the Role
Service Stream is seeking a highly motivated and outcome-driven Contract Administrator to join our Finance team in Adelaide. The successful candidate will provide accounting, reporting, analysis, and administrative support across the SA Water Field Operations contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurate and timely processing of Accounts Payable Transactions.
- Raise and issue purchase orders in accordance with delegated authority.
- Assist in the processing of financial transactions to ensure timely and accurate recording and reporting of financial information.
- Ensure all subcontractor requirements are maintained (insurances etc), invoices are received, and payments are made in accordance with the subcontract or supplier agreements.
- Accurate data entry of invoice costs to Work Orders entered into finance systems.
- Liaise with Managers/suppliers to resolve invoice and costing discrepancies.
- Data validation for accuracy.
- Vendor application administration and onboarding support.
- Assisting payroll related issues, data analysis, and insights reporting.
- Working closely with Payroll administrator providing adhoc support as requested.
About You
This opportunity will suit a highly motivated and outcome-driven individual who has a passion for delivering positive client outcomes, and a knack for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Administrative experience with an understanding of the Accounts Payable process.
- Advanced Certificate or Diploma in Business Administration is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills.
- High level of competence with Microsoft Office applications and financial management systems.
- High levels of data entry accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience in working in a collaborative environment.
