National Commercial Business Growth Leader

Drive strategic expansion of commercial sales across the accommodation sector, cultivating partnerships, expanding markets and optimizing team performance. Reports directly to the Director.

About the Role
  • Oversight of commercial sales growth strategy for the accommodation sector (hotels, resorts, serviced apartments, student housing) and delivery of multi-year revenue and margin targets.
  • Identification and securing of strategic partnerships with national accommodation groups, developers, procurement networks and franchise groups.
About You
  • Senior-level experience in business development or sales leadership, preferably within hospitality, accommodation or B2B manufacturing/supply.
  • A strategic, data-driven professional with strong commercial acumen and executive presence.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Development and execution of a comprehensive growth strategy for the commercial sales division.
  2. Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including national accommodation groups, developers, and procurement networks.
  3. Leading enterprise pursuits end-to-end, including account planning, solution design, executive presentations, pricing strategy, negotiation, and contract close.
  4. Maintenance of disciplined CRM hygiene across contacts, opportunities, and forecasts to ensure visibility and accurate decision-making.
