Disability Accommodation Growth Strategist

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic growth plans to expand our accommodation services. This role involves managing vacancies across existing facilities and establishing new partnerships with external providers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and reporting on strategic growth plans that align with our organization's goals and timelines
- Building effective relationships with key providers and referrers
- Implementing vacancy management processes and delivering comprehensive reports on expenditure, staffing, and continuous improvement
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- Tertiary qualifications in Disability or a related field
- Strong working experience within the Specialist Disability Accommodation sector
- Complex problem-solving skills combined with attention to detail and big picture thinking
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills, including effective stakeholder engagement and negotiation
