Executive Accommodation Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Accommodation Manager to lead our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the leadership, management, and delivery of an integrated on and off-campus accommodation service to students at our Geelong-based campuses.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in senior management, with experience in developing, managing, and operating relevant residential facilities within or outside the education sector. They will also possess excellent consulting, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain a culture of teamwork, quality client service, participation, and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the local development and implementation of residential leadership and support programs to achieve positive residential student outcomes.
  • Engage in long-range strategic planning, including property and market development encompassing supply, demand, and feasibility analysis.
  • Develops, implements, and ensures the ongoing review of Risk Management plans, Critical Incident Response Protocols, and a Business Continuity Plan.

Requirements:

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or substantial senior management experience.
  • Driver's Licence.
  • Working with Children Check.
  • National Police Record Check.
