Strategic Growth Leader
OverviewIn this pivotal role, you will support the Head of Strategy in developing a comprehensive strategic agenda. You will be responsible for conducting deep dives and high-quality analysis to create recommendations that inform business direction.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic agendas, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to provide quantitative and qualitative assessments of risks and opportunities.
- Drive the implementation of targeted initiatives for efficient execution of strategic plans.
- Identify and manage rapid responses to emerging issues impacting business goals and targets.
- Provide key input for leadership reports and decision-making forums, including preparing papers for executive leaders.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various levels to support strategic planning, simplify complex topics, and enhance prioritization and focus.
- Build and maintain relationships with key internal teams to ensure alignment and cooperation across functions.
- Contribute to regulatory and policy advocacy, customer strategy, and business improvement initiatives supporting overall objectives.
- Offer strategic insights and reporting on internal and external developments influencing business strategy.
- At least 3 years of experience in strategy consulting or investment banking, preferably in the energy sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial business analysis and extracting insights from ambiguous areas.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information to senior stakeholders.
- Analytical, data-driven, critical thinker with strong interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional academic track record.
