Senior Commercial Director for Sales and Market Development

About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled commercial director to lead our sales and market development efforts. As Senior Commercial Director, you will be responsible for driving growth and expansion in the electrical infrastructure sector through effective strategic planning and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage your extensive industry knowledge to develop and execute plans that deliver the Board's strategic commercial objectives.

To succeed in this role, you must be a driven B2B sales and business development leader with a track record of growth in electrical contracting and utility infrastructure project delivery. You possess knowledge, networks, and experience in the electrical sector to open doors and convert.

Requirements:

  • Outstanding commercial acumen and experience managing complex bid financial models, understanding of costs and margins, contracts, and commercial risks.
