About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Arcare Aged Care as a Personal Support Worker, where you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to our residents.

As a Personal Support Worker, you will be responsible for assisting residents with their daily needs, including personal care, mobility support, and meal assistance. You will also be responsible for monitoring residents' health and reporting any changes to the care team.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent, and will be passionate about delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. You will be a team player, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a willingness to learn and develop your skills.
