About this role

This Permanent, Full-time 76hrs/fortnight position as an IKEA Food Team Leader is based in Australia or New Zealand. You will be responsible for leading a team of co-workers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

As an inspirational leader, you will drive your team to deliver operational excellence by maintaining IKEA Quality and Food Safety Standards, producing and dating food according to specifications complying with HACCP standards.

You will also ensure that both the Commercial and Operational areas of the Food department are efficiently maintained as well as clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience.

Actively selling our IKEA Food products that customers love and finding creative ways to merchandise and drive sales are key responsibilities of this role.

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per annum

We estimate the salary for this role to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience and location.
