Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Home Furnishing Sales Professional to join our team in [Location]. This role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, selling IKEA products, and maintaining a clean and organized sales area.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product knowledge to support purchasing decisions.
- Sell products with a positive attitude and contribute to business goals and growth.
- Condense stock, unload pallets, and restock products.
- Work closely with the fulfillment team to ensure the self-serve warehouse is well-stocked and tidy.
- Build strong relationships with team members and other departments to promote a collaborative work environment.
- Pasionate about home furnishing products and working with customers.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn about IKEA products.
- Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment and manage own tasks.
- Calm and confident approach with strong communication and customer skills.
- 'Togetherness' mindset with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- $27.35 base hourly pay rate.
- Above award rates and penalty rates (including Sunday and Public Holidays).

This role is a Temporary & Permanent Part-time position with 30hrs & 40hrs/fortnight. You must be available to work a rotating roster with day and evening shifts between 8:00am to 9:30pm, including 3 out of 4 weekends in a month.
Estimated Salary Range$56,000 - $64,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
