Job Overview

As a Lead Food Service Manager at IKEA, you will be responsible for leading a team of co-workers to provide exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a fast-paced food service environment and possess strong leadership skills to motivate and develop their team.

About the Role

This is a permanent, full-time position with a 76-hour fortnight roster. You must be available to work rotating shifts, including day and evening shifts, as well as alternating weekends.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain high-quality food standards, adhering to HACCP regulations and ensuring compliance training is up-to-date throughout the team.
  • Lead, develop, and coach your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ensure commercial and operational areas are efficiently maintained, clean, organized, and inviting to customers.
  • Actively promote and sell IKEA food products, finding innovative ways to merchandise and drive sales.
  • Support and lead change management within the department and wider store.
