Our Community Engagement Role

We are seeking a passionate and hardworking individual to engage with and meet the requirements of customers and tourists both from our Administration Centre and Visitor Information Centre.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • A strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • An enthusiastic approach to engaging with the community
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Previous experience in a similar role or industry

Other Information

This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm. You will be required to participate in on-call duties and be available to work flexible hours as required.
