Your Role

As a Community Support Worker, you'll be a vital part of our team, helping clients achieve their goals and improve their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Adventure Facilitator: Assist clients in discovering new experiences and interests.
  • Skill Developer: Teach life skills and support personal growth.
  • Care Provider: Help clients with personal care tasks and promote independence.
  • Behaviour Specialist: Develop personalised behaviour plans to support clients.
  • Family Liaison: Keep families informed of progress and achievements.
  • Transport Coordinator: Safely transport clients to programs and activities.
