Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with event preparation, including administrative tasks and collaboration with local businesses.
  • Liaise with key stakeholders in the lead-up to the event.
  • Manage the event on Christmas Day, ensuring a seamless experience for all attendees.
  • Lead volunteers during set-up, the event, and breakdown, providing guidance and support as needed.
Essential Requirements
  • Prior experience in event management or marketing is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders and negotiate logistical arrangements effectively.
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety responsibilities.
  • Ability to travel between Newcastle and Singleton before the event.
