About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Account Director to join our Perth Agency Sales team at Nova Entertainment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and build strong relationships with our major advertising agency clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic management of an established agency portfolio
  • Develop and sell leading cross-platform, all-of-audio solutions
  • Identify and create new business opportunities to drive growth
  • Commitment to achieving monthly and quarterly targets
  • Strong client service orientation and networking capabilities
  • Ability to effectively multi-task and project manage
  • Passionate about audio, creativity, and delivering a brilliant outcome
  • Strong and consistent communicator and negotiator
