About the Role

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is a critical member of our Executive Team, responsible for the day-to-day financial operations of the hospital as well as budget forecasting. You will provide accurate and timely financial information and monitoring of the cashflow to the Executive Team and Board of Directors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all internal and external accountabilities relating to the organisation's finances are met, timely and of a high standard - ensuring compliance with all statutory and corporate governance procedures.
  • Lead financial planning processes and implement robust financial management systems to enhance efficiency, accountability, and decision-making.
  • Lead and manage an established finance team and senior administration staff.
  • Review performance against budget on a regular basis and make appropriate recommendations for improvement.
  • Serve on the Executive Team and respond to the operational and strategic requirements of the organisation.

About You

  • Extensive senior finance experience with full responsibility for financial compliance.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with a proven track record of building and mentoring cohesive teams.
  • Attention to detail, including the timely dissemination of information.
  • Demonstrate effective communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
