We're seeking a seasoned Ecommerce Operations Lead to lead our collaboration with key partners in Australia.

This role requires someone who is a skilled communicator, problem solver, and analytical thinker. If you have experience working in the ecommerce or grocery industry, even better

The ideal candidate will have experience managing strategic partnerships and client relationships, with a proven track record of delivering business value through technology.

  • Partnering with clients to define solutions that meet their business needs and objectives;
  • Ensuring clients take full advantage of the current and future functionality of Ocado Smart Platform (OSP);
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver successful project implementations;
  • Representing clients at product and feature discussions, providing data-driven insights and scenarios;
  • Supporting clients by owning the capability roadmap on their behalf and escalating important needs to relevant product and development teams;
  • Communicating requirements, upcoming features, and launch timelines to clients;
  • Acting as primary point of contact for clients' OSP teams for the effective use of OSP;
  • Leading successful deployments and operational go-lives for OSP features and products, ensuring clients are prepared and ready;
  • Coordinating with Ocado teams to ensure clients receive the knowledge and information required for successful utilisation of OSP;
  • Reviewing and maintaining excellent knowledge of clients' KPIs and performance;
